About Me
Hi my name is Amith Ellankiyil. I am from Houston TX. I find this website to be very interesting. I started investing in real estate about a year ago and I am loving the experience.
My Business
I enjoy investing my money in real estate. In real estate I feel like my money is secure. I do alot of investing in Land and I also help new commers to the real estate business find properties that they can flip for double the price of their cost. We have residential and commercial lots starting at $500. I couldnt afford my first property I had to borrow money from a friend and then I sold that same lot for double the money that I payed for. We also provide financing for people that cannot afford it. Message me for more details.

Hi,
How are you? I would love to find out how we can help each other out in this Wonderful ecomony:)
I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!
