About Me
Over two decades as a "Serial Entrepreneur" with many of those investing in real estate... as a hobby and tax shelter at first, then a full time occupation later.
Now... http://www.realestateinvesting360.com is my passion. I still actively invest, though not in the volume I used to - I opt for "Quality over Quantity" in my business model now, and I wish I had learned that years, and many grey hairs, ago!
I love to teach... and am passionate about helping others succeed in real estate, business, and life in general. I have a kind of a street level, no BS, "here's what I know, it works" approach to things that seems to resonate with folks pretty well.
Certainly, I'm always learning also... uhm... usually, the hard way "Doh!" But, I'll share with you what I learn, without the bruises, if you're interested. ;)
Hmmm... well, that'll about do it for now, I need to get back to work - pulling our due diligence package together for a $2.3M apt. complex I just got under contract, keeping up with new lessons I need to add to my mentoring program, and... always... finding time for my family in there somewhere.
