I have a gentleman that has access to REO straight out the bank (not listed) for 60 cents on the dollar. (residential)

I have another Gentleman has  That purchase properties for 50 cent on the dollar and sells them for 65 cents on a dollar.

can we do anything with this or is there anything you had in mind I can assist you with?
