I live in Dallas,Texas. I am married and a proud parent of two girls with a son on the way. I have two grandmothers who retired nice due to their real estate investments. So almost eight years ago I stepped out on faith to see if this industry would work for me and it went well obviously. I take care of my family, live life instead of exist, and mentor others in real estate in my spare time.

Well I have over 7 years investment experience. I started with assignments, then moved to lease options, sub 2's, options, and wholesaling. At this present time I work closely with other investors full time creating joint venture projects because at this time I do not want to hold any property. Now there are times I buy a homes wholesale then sale it to another investor wholesale leaving me of course some nice profit. I decided not to hold on to homes because I am actually looking into apartment investments and development projects which takes a great deal of my time but worth it. I currently mentor beginner investors as well on creative techniques such as lease options. I am on this forum to share information, learn information because you never know everything, and of course build relationships because you never know there may be a deal we can work together on..
