Hello to all Investors and Private Lenders. I am an active Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Officer in California.
I have decided to develop my own Investment Business and I am looking to network with other Investors and Private Money Lenders who have been, and are successful in this business. Although I enjoy working with clients, I have found the rules of my industry are too constrictive and somewhat tilted toward the industry, rather than the clients and agents who are doing the majority of the work. So I have decided to branch out on my own. I am in the process of obtaining my R.E. Brokers license so I can establish a full services company specializing in the purchase, management, rehab, financing, and sales of both residential and commercial property on my terms. I intend to build this office as a private LLP, not as a traditional R.E. Brokerage.

As a single father and a God Fearing Man, I am simply looking to gain more control of my own destiny and I feel that real estate investing is the appropriate vehicle for me to accomplish my goals. I am a simple man. A man of conviction. I like the simple things in life. I am a long time RAMS fan (since 1973) and LAKERS fan (since 1979) and I enjoy watching these teams play. I also enjoy restoring old cars (FORDS) as a hobby.
