About Me

My name is Jeremy and I am 32 years old. I am a contractor and a real estate investor. I also have a real estate license for the purpose of pulling my own comps and doing market and neighborhood research. I am new to the rehab and wholesaling business... so far so good.

My Business
 My name is Jeremy Slade and one of my companies is CCG Properties LLC. I am relatively new to this business, as a matter of fact, I just closed on my first deal yesterday, an estate. I have been personally trained by two of the top flippers in the country and I am ready to dive in.  I was able to get a mortgage on this particular house, though I do have cash investors as well as hard money lenders lined up, so quick closes are an option as long as the deals meet my criteria of course. I am looking for maximum 70% of ARV. I am a contractor as well as a licensed real estate agent, so I pull my own comps, do my own market research, and can write up accurate repair estimates in my sleep. I trust noone who may have a financial interest in my decision. (this was drilled into me by my mentors). I leave nothing to chance. Feel free to contact me anyway you can. I am patient, and have a nack for recognizing people who know what I need. I quickly weed out wholesalers and REO agents who bring me poor deals.
