Hey Sky, my name is Chris. I live in Binghamton NY, but will be moving to Sarasota early 2010. My office is closing its doors then so I will be packing up and staying with my brother there. He has 2 properties in Sarasota and I have 2 properties here. Anywho, I was hoping you could give me some insight on what the market is doing. I am experienced in flipping and landlording and am familiar with other channels as well.
