Hi everyone, I am Mike and this is my beautiful family on our last vacation to the beach. I am currently an airline pilot based in Chicago, IL and I live in Davidson, N.C. I started Skyproperties of Lake Norman over two years ago after the birth of my son. My goal is to grow my business both in the residential and commercial real estate. I am currently involved in wholesale deals and doing lease/options. I have my first commercial property under contract, a small mobile home park near by and I have a self-storage facility property that I would like to move forward with as well, but I will need a partner to make this deal happen.
