Born & Raised in Beautiful West Tampa, FL. I am a licensed general contractor in Florida & took up the investing game in July, '07. I needed to have a backup plans because new construction wasn't cutting it anymore. So, I started to learn to wholesale. I have closed only 1 deal so far, have had about 5 others under contract but none of them ever closed. Its great but could ALWAYS be better. I need to keep moving forward & being a part of this community is a great way to do that.
My ULTIMATE destination will end up with me driving a "Mansion on Wheels" around the North American continent & wholesaling deals from the drivers seat. What a country!
I know my strengths & I know my weaknesses. Right now my biggest weakness has been not being able to grab the "Virtual Investing" & Web 2.0 concepts. Joining REI.com & learning from the members, blogs, articles, etc. should cure that. It is no fun falling flat on your face & I have definitely fallen flat on my face before & you know what? It freakin doesnt feel good. It stings.

I registered my domain name, www.RelieveMyStress.net back in July, '07 & got a website. I chose that name because everyone I spoke to was stressed out. It seemed like a natural. Unique, eye catching. It was great on my bandit signs. Got some great leads right off the bat & wholesaled my first deal within my first 30 days. That was great. And since then, NOTHING! I currently have about 35 properties on the site that I am marketing to sell. Cash Flow deals, approved short sales, wholesale deals. Many with spreads up to 60%. Go check it out.

I'm Pat Corhern located in Palm Habor. I like your goals. I've been in the investment world for the last 2 years and missing out on deals because I did not do it right has made it tough. Finding a good coach can significantly improve your performance. It not that you do not know all the individual parts of investing - it how you put it all together. I'm not a coach, but willing to discuss what I know.
