Hi, for the last four years we have focused on building and selling. Myself as a licensed builder and my wife Kim as a licensed R/Estate Broker. In that time buying and selling properties here and there. I am amazed at this site and how much knowledge is here. Needless to say the main focus for the last 2 years has changed to Full Time Investors. Our areas are Short Sales and Wholesalers.

I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!
Our program is not like a normal rent to own program. We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!
