Since each project is unique, so too are our investors. We at Coastline, understand the need to be flexible regarding the structure of our Joint Venture Partnerships. We encourage you to expound upon the sample structures that we have presented and offer alternative structures that fit your needs.
We are offering from 10% to 12% cash on cash on day one of closing on the property. The investment can be from USD 100,000 to USD 500,000 of the downpayment depending how much you are ready to invest in. May be even less. We are trying to have many different investors who can invest in the million dollar properties. We arrange all finances to fund the acquisition, as well as manage the property after closing. Coastline group also invests its own money in the deal to re-assure investors that the assets are excellent.
Basically we are trying to create an opportunity for smaller investors who had lost money in the stock markets and various other investment opportunities which had badly let them down.
Please keep in mind that in the long run, the real estate market offers stability as well as tremendous growth potential. The current state of the economy offers us great opportunities for expansion with a minimal investment of capital. I hope you understand.
