Hi my name is scott serfass and i am looking for a partner who knows real estate. I build and remodeled houses for 10 years and in august i got terminated because we didnt have anymore work. I am looking for someone who knows how to buy and sell homes and i would fix it up and then we would sell it and split the profit. I dont know anything about buying a home and i dont want to get a home and end up foreclosing on it. If you are interested or knows someone who is interested i would really appreciate it.
