Hi my name is scott serfass and i am looking for a partner who knows real estate.  I build and remodeled houses for 10 years and in august i got terminated because we didnt have anymore work.  I am looking for someone who knows how to buy and sell homes and i would fix it up and then we would sell it and split the profit.  I dont know anything about buying a home and i dont want to get a home and end up foreclosing on it.  If you are interested or knows someone who is interested i would really appreciate it.  I live in kunkletown pa 30 minutes north of allentown and i am just looking for help.

Sorry about the delay in answering your question.  I was blessed to receive these properties from an investor who heard of me and my efforts, gave me a call one evening talked to me for about (3) hours and at the end of our conversation he "Gave" me options and a limited partnership on (12) rehabbed properties.  With (60) waiting in the wings.  I would love to share and work with you on some of these.  You can go into the "wholesale shout-out" group and get information on the (12) properties.  Run your numbers, do your diligence and bring your buyer(s) I am only asking 50k for each property.  As you will note there is 30k or more spread on many of these.  Contact directly for additional info.

MY ADVICE FOR TODAY IS DON'T EXPECT TO GET RICH OVERNITE.  YOU ARE BUILDING WEALTH AND WEALTH BUILDING IS OVER TIME.
