I live in the Richmond, VA area and enjoy family, friends, church, and politics.
My Business
I am a licensed VA real estate agent, working for the same company for the past five years. I specialize in supporting "personal representatives" of estates to help them liquidate real estate properties, both residential and commerical. Occasionally, these representatives will opt to either offer real estate assets to investors or prefer the public auction in order to accomplish a quick sale. These properties are frequently sold at "below market" values.
I am in the process of establishing an "investor database" reflecting potential buyers, location of buyer interest, type of property desired, price range, and other buyer detail. When properties become available that may be of interest, I can notify all members interested in purchasing properties meeting buyer search criteria. If interested in participating, simply provide me your name, properties of interest, etc. and we can partner to accomplish future real estate deals in a timely fashion.
