I'm the residential real estate reporter for Cleveland newspaper The Plain Dealer. I also co-write a Northeast Ohio real estate blog called Crib Notes .
Why I'm Here
I'm basically looking for (good) real estate trend story ideas. I'm not asking for suggestions per se, just hanging out to see what I come across.
I've been a member for awhile, though I didn't previously identify myself as a reporter. Aside from writing about it, I also have a personal interest in real estate. I purchased my first home last year, and recently purchased a rental property as well. I really like the forums on this site, so I've previously posted my own questions and responses to things on there.. I probably won't do that now that I've outed myself. For the record, anything I've posted in the past was from my own perspecitve and has nothing to do with my job.
