Lately I have been spending all of my free time building up myNextRehab.com and havent really explained to many people who I am.
I am a software developer / real estate investor. I am taking a break from rehabbing houses so I can continue to focus on wholesale deals along with the website.
I recently got a great deal on a house near Schiller Park (German Village in Columbus, OH). My girlfriend, Stephanie, moved in with me and my dog, Opie.
We like to travel. Just got back from NYC for my 30th bday / Thanksgiving. Great time! Got to see them blow up the balloons the night before the Macy's Parade.

RIO HILLS - a wonderful investment where prices are holding their own: Property prices may be softening in lower quality locations known for mass produced off-plan property sales, but in RIO HILLS - the heart of the peaceful Esparza, Costa Rica where most people are buying for year round living - prices are beginning to resume their upward trend.
