About Me

I am 22 years old fairly new to real estate, but very motivated. My interest in real estate came at a young age. I've studied real estate investing & investing in cashflow notes. I have spent countless hours at the library & online. I think its about time I put that knowledge to work.

One of my interest is note brokering. Connecting investors with people receiving payments from seller financed notes. My goal is to begin creating my own portfolio of notes & becoming an investor myself. As far as buying & selling real estate I would like to wholesale, fix & flip, buy & hold, etc. I want to work every aspect of real estate. I appreciate any advice,any guidence from fellow members. Everyone has been great so far, & working hard to help each other succeed.

Get a photo sorted. People relate better to a photo. If it is you then they can relate to you better than just a blank. If you have a company logo or similar then it helps your branding. The image also lets people remember that they have seen other posts from you in the forum or in a group.
