That price is too high for that area to be able to rent out with a positive cash flow. If it doesn't cash flow, I'm not in a position to buy it right now.
I appreciate you sending the info my way though. Keep 'em coming and I'm sure we'll be able to do some deals!!!

Yes, I have invested in FL and TN. And I look forward to invest in Cleveland, OH near my uncle. Also Syracuse, NY is another area I would like to invest in.
