I'm Investing and doing well networking, and my question is where is the deep pocket investors so I can get commercial notes moved and make profits for you and myself. Doing this and getting deals that nobody wants to make a Million or two profit, is discouraging. All the Big ones keep passing me buy, that's why I'm now on the site to actually ask some true investors to contact me with their info if they are selling or buying and how much $$$ do you have to move? Also looking for buyers more than sellers right now.

Good luck on finding cash for commercial projects. Have you tried some transitional funding or hard money lenders? Not sure what you are really getting into so they may not be able to help. I'm hoping to get into commercial projects myself once I get residential under my belt this year. I would be amazing to net $1M on a deal huh?!?!
