I am 46 and live in the Algarve - Portugal.

Have made a unversity degree course in real estate at Escola Superior de Actividades Imobiliárias in Lisbon, which I haven´t finished yet though I´m a finalist.

I like reading, and learning real estate and internet business improvement, as well as self-improvement and TV documentaries and good suspense, romance and thriller movies as well to be updated with the news. I also like writting, friendship, traveling and networking, as well as fine food and a good wine.

If any of the members come to the Algarve, please let me know, and I would be delighted to meet you for a coffee or tea, and exchange some REI ideas and tell you what I know about Algarve as a touristic and investment region.

I´ve been a small established real estate agent and investor for 22 years in the central and inland Algarve - Portugal.

I am always looking for private real estate investment funding and for buyers of the many fine and very competitively priced properties I have.

Also, I´m learning and trying to specialize on money making as means of having some residual income sources to cover regular expenses, networking and marketing on the internet.
