I am a northern girl relocated to Raleigh,NC 14 years ago and I love it here. I do miss the snow in winter, though, as I loved sking and playing in the snow. But now I love being warm and the NC beaches. My daughters and grandchildren are here also and I love to spend time with them. I love to cook and entertain, redecorate, walk, paint, sew, sports (UNC Tarheel fan) and learn, and many more things. I like to keep busy.

I have always been very interested in the whole realm of real estate. My background is in mortgage most recently as a processor and closer. I also have been a rental agent, in sales, property management and development. My passion now is to learn all about investing in real estate; and to grow from many successful mentors, coaches and advisers. Wholesaling seemed a likely place to start and I plan to rehab one day and keep some houses to rent. I am open to any help/advise and if you are looking for houses in my area, give me a shout.
