Okay, so it's not a new technique to try and get Realtors to partner with you and have them refer their short sale listings to you to buy and flip, but this is a new auto-hands off way to explain what the benefits of using an investor is and meeting some of the major objections head on, so you only end up talking to interested agents.

I have recently discovered that randomly going about my day is really not the best way to run a business. Was I absolutely busy for 12 hours straight? Absolutely! Did I get much accomplished and move my files toward closing? Nope.
