Real Estate Investor Home

     Recently in a terrible accident on the job I finally decided to get back into the game of the real estate business.

     I Have done a few deals before that fell into my lap and did very well with them.  I'm fairly smart and have an associates degree in Business Management, not that it matters much but did help me, and have held a realtors license for a short period of time.  I've learned much more on my own than I could have ever learned in school.  (books and free info. on the web is awsome)!!!

      I'm looking for just about any type of new ideas and helping others & thought this might be a good place to check out.  I figure I'll be losing about 50% or more of my income due to the accident I had.  I was self-employed as a home remodeler, sole prorietor and have two young boys to take care of so in need of another type of income.

     I live in ne. ohio hit hard economically.  Great time to buy, (and sell for that matter), single family homes.  I mostly look for vacant and/or fixer-uppers and have a couple guys that work for me part time to help out.  I've always used the excuse of being too busy working to find deals but all has changed.

     I'm looking for any type of info., help, possible partners, networking friends, etc...

     If someone wants to send me a sales pitch, fine, but let me know up front if you're looking for money please!
