Just turned 50 yrs. old in November and have a great 13 yr old son, hopefully he will take interest in R.E. Presently work for DHL Express (20th yr.) Being stuck in the same routine for 20 yrs, it was time to start a real, enjoyable and challenging career.

Started "Homes On Course" in October 2008 and been making progress slowly, step by step. Securing financing has been a challenge. I forward to the rehabbing of at least 4 houses per year
