Just an average guy with big dreams! A career as an AIRLINE PILOT has taught me many things in this world.  

What an experience it's been! It's also shown me what a glorified rat race looks like up close. I love my job but realized the money must come from another source.

I've been actively involved with real estate both as an investor and agent for 2 years. I work mainly on the West side of Cleveland and focus on Subject To and Lease Optioning properties.

Becoming dependent on myself has forced me to face some of the most difficult challenges of my life, but also given me a look into what is really possible.  Having no upper limits is to me what self respect is all about.

I've realized though, life is most rewarding when you put your faith and family before all other battles.  That's when true happiness sprouts.

Like I said, I'm just an average guy with spectacular family. They are my passion.

 My business focuses on the following investment strategies.

I purchase and resell homes on Lease Option and Lease Purchase. 

We work hand in hand with buyers helping them to restore credit, find and obtain financing and creatively purchasing houses. 

We do minor rehab projects and also hold some rental properties.
