Hi! I'm a small-town boy tryin' to make it in the big city...
Like Chicago Abe, I grew up in rural Ohio bailing hay and doing farmwork. I've been doing investing full-time since 2003. Early this year, I decided to get in to the lending side and am now with Union Savings Bank (shout out to my boy Jeff Tumbarello!). GREAT bank, and we have some excellent programs for primary residences, investment properties, lot loans, condo conversions, and especially commercial (my personal favorite)! Coming from the investing world, I understand your pain and do my best to help steer you in to the right program for your needs. And Realtors, I can help you too!
