Real Estate Investor Home

Together with one of my daughters and a lifelong friend I own Elite Urban Renewals LLC.  We formed the LLC to purchase, rehab and flip or hold properties in urban Pittsburgh, PA.  We are concentrating in 5 adjoining neighborhoods in Pittsburgh.  We prefer to work with older (I mean built before 1925)homes.  The properties that we purchase are mostly REOs, abandoned.  We do purchase from private owners, but only if they have owned the property for more than 25 years and either have a very small mortgage or own it outright.

I am a Born Again Christian, married with four children, ranging in age from 12 - 33, and 2 grandchildren.  I live in PA and I am employed full time as an employee benefits consultant.
