Hi Chris,
Thanks for the invite. Good luck with your investing. I buy and sell real estate as well. I plan on purchasing a least of couple of buy and holds in my area this year as well.
My 'day job' is mortgage financing for residential and commercial deals. I also have Private Money Financing that is very investor friendly.
And then I am also an affiliate member of an organization that provides the 'flip funds'.
Just try to cover all the bases.
