 Hello, this is Sagar (pronounced Saa-ga-r). I am a full-time stay at home dad and real estate investor. I gave up my career as an IT engineer. For although I love technology, at this point in my life I want to be working from home so I can spend more time with my beautiful wife and daughter. 

I love the world of real estate investing. It have been a great vehicle for us to create wealth in the form of time, freedom, a better marriage and relationship with our daughter, and money. We now have the ability to be to pursue the things we love to do like travelling, reading great books, golf, tennis, cricket and ping pong. I have had the privilege to meet and work with great people all across North America through this business and I love building long term relationships with the people I work with. 

I started my investing career in 2001 by purchasing 3 properties out of country. Within one year they had appreciated by 30%. I was amazed by the power of appreciation and the leverage available in real estate. At the time, I continued full time at my job since it was paying me good money. But soon, I found myself was getting busier and busier at work, putting in longer days. I didn’t like that my career was taking me away from my family and robbing me of my leisure time to pursue other interests. At the time I thought getting promoted would be the solution, so I enrolled in school to get my Masters degree and now gave up my evenings and weekends in hopes of a future payoff. When I completed Graduate School, guess what? I was still making the same amount of money!! That is when I decided to start looking for another road to achieve my dreams of control over my time and owning my own business with no salary limit. I began reading as many biographies of millionaires as I could get my hands on and seeking out wealthy people. A common thread I found with most of these people was that they started and or held a portion of their wealth in real estate. And so I committed myself to learn as much as I could by reading, attending real estate training seminars and seeking out mentors who could show me the ropes. Soon I began purchasing Bank owned properties for 20 cents on dollar. I rehabbed them, rented them out and got tax free money with positive cash flow!!

These days I have been focusing on wholesale deals. I work with a large network of buyers and sellers in several different markets across the US. We are currently focused in Atlanta GA, Indianapolis IN, Austin TX, Charlotte NC but we are open to good residential deals anywhere in North America.

This life is great, this world is beautiful, and my hope is to connect with more people who want to come along and enjoy the ride.
