Looking For
I am looking for partners to provide financing for whatever costs might be incurred for wholesaling and maybe some rehabs. My strong point is finding good deals. I also had no trouble selling my rehabs at a good profit. I understand that since I would be supplying a service, that the person with the money would get the greatest percentage of the deal, and that is fine by me. I just want to get going again.
About Me
I have been investing in real estate for 3 years. I started doing rehabs and did very well the first 2 years. The last year or so thanks to some bad advice, and admittedly some ignorance on my part, I have lost all my money and my credit score went from 730 to I'm sure whatever the lowest one can go (I'm afraid to check it). Anway, I got a job in my former line of work(estimating and sales in the structural steel industry) and would like to get started again. I am 49 years old and need to move fast. My Business
I am currently in partnership with a company from Austin, TX and handle the estimating and sales for the eastern US. I work from my home office, so I have some free time in which to find deals. I have been in the steel business since 1991 and make a good living, but really love real estate. I saw first hand the profits that can be made. I still have most of my settlement statements on my rehabs and was looking at them the other day. It made me wonder where I went wrong and how to get going again.
