Hi, my name is Bob and I've been a real estate investor since the mid 1980's (part time back then, but full time now). I'm located in Fairfax, VA but travel throughout the US to locate good investment properties - primarily large residential apartment buildings.  

I’m a real estate investor that brings together great opportunities to groups of people through syndication. Typically we work with people who are frustrated with losses in such things as the stock market or they’re tired of making 2, 3 or even 5 % on their money when it’s in a CD or mutual fund. We like to partner with people who’ve had a little real estate investment experience, but hate the thought of being a landlord and having to deal with all the aggravation of the upkeep and management of the property - that sort of thing. We provide remarkable solutions for people that want to make a good return on their investment without all these hassles. And of course, it’s fully backed by secure real estate in a U.S. developing market.

I'm currently looking for additional good honest people that would like to locate additional investors with us. Not necessary to have apartment investment experience, but must be able to build relationships with potential investors.

My business, RP Investments, LLC (Real Property Investments) analyzes real estate markets in the US to determine where the developing markets are.
