Hello all, I'm Rondy. I hold a BA in computer science. prior to investing i was a network engineer for 4 years with IBM. Investing has become my passion and once i was let go from my employer i did not look back. GETTING LAID OFF WAS THE BEST THING EVER HAPPEN TO ME IN MY LIFE. LOL.
As an Investor I work several different types of investments Notes, Performing Notes, Performing Notes private and bank as well. I have sellers, and some buyers, I have buyer’s looking for good notes. I am looking for agents/brokers/realtor to team with for all their short sale leads.

QUALIFYING FACTORS:
. NOTE Types: commercial, residential, vacant land
. Property must be cash flowing; owner occupied or rental, vacant
. Private NOTES only: Note must be in an individual's name
. NOTE should have three - five months seasoning min
. Property occupants must have about 600 credit score
NEEDED DOCUMENTS:
. Copy of NOTE
. Escrow Statement
. Title Information, down payment proof
My Business
I specialize in Purchasing short sales and mortgage notes ALL cash( both private and bank owned). I have an extensive list of note buyers across the US that are willing to pay top $ for your notes. We prefer privately held notes with good season, down payment and credit.
In terms of short sales:I purchaes all cash, my agents do half the work and earn double commission in most cases.
My team is in place so my agent/realtor only focus their attention on finding and marketing deals. THAT's it!
