Hello,

My name is Ryan Perron, I am a Graduated March 2008 for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Construction Management and a Minor in Real Property Development.  I love construction, real estate, traveling, working hard, making money and the SF 49ers!!  I am currently working on a 6-unit condo development here in San Luis Obispo, CA.  I am also working in property management and 1 week away from closing on my first flip-very exciting.

I would like to get more into wholesaling.  I have successfully flipped 3 properties and have done well but, I would like something with a quicker turnaround.  Any Suggestions??
