Sites real cool one thing though a lot of stuff on here is garbled and code is showing instead of what the output should really be. Needs some fixing buy, I think a great formula for a great site!

the website is not done yet. I am adding a private investors and a buy a house tab to my site. Also adding a link to my other site www.njbirddog.com for investors who are looking for deals like rehabs and just plain ol' property with some vig in it. When deals come in they will be text messaged and emailed into the mailbox for peope who are interested in properties in the tri-state area. If you have any ideas you would like to throw in.
