I can close fast and yes we are cash buyers. If you have any deals that make sense please let me know. Please No over inflated numbers . Properties typically does not matter numbers need to make sense. Structural problems really is not a problem water damages depending if it is in a flood zone We like to seek multi families majority of the time but, again anything really numbers have to make sense. My name is Lance Williams I am just getting started in real estate investing. I don't have a lot of cash so im just going to wholesale properties untill i build enough cash to venture off in other areas of real estate investing. Im knew to this site just joined and looking forward to network with honest people/investors. First help me to help you so it can be a win win situation for everyone. If you don't mind i have a few questions i would like to ask
1. What properties don't you want? Whats a deal breaker for you?
2. What states do you invest in and is there a particular neighborhood you would like the property to be in?
3. Are you a Cash buyer, is that something you do?
4. How fast can you close?
5. What type of properties are you looking for?
6. What is your price range as far a the property, and what is your price range for the amout it will cost to rehab the property?
7. Do you deal with structural problems and water damange?
