I wanted more than anything to make tons of money with commercial real estate. We knew that owning commercial real estate was the most profitable way to make money because real estate will never go away and it will always keep going up in value. I don't care how "soft" the market is now. Few years from now property will be at least double what it is now. Also, every multi-millionaire, no matter how they made their millions (or billions), owns lots of real estate.
