About Me
Originally from Los Angeles, I am now living in Columbia, SC. I am married with 3 girls (11, 3, and 17 mo). I am currently a Real Estate Broker (Allegiant Realty Services, LLC) and a CPT in the National Guard (but will always be a Marine at heart, Semper Fi!).
My Business
I have been a Realtor for seven years in California, Maryland, and now SC. I have dabbled in rehabbing flips, short sales, rentals (4units and under) and I want to focus my efforts on larger projects.
I am looking for mentors in the commercial (multi-family) arena. I want to make 2008 the year I buy at least a 50 unit building. I would also like to learn how to syndicate for deals.
I am just starting to get into wholesales and will consider picking up properties nationwide.
