Family
I have 5 grown children, 4 grandchildren with another in the oven. I'm currently single, with 2-3 close female friends. I hope to have a lifelong partner sometime soon.
About Me
I own a small business. I have been in the aftermarket industry supplying replacement parts for industrial sewing manufacturers & contractors for 30 years. Our industry has been outsourced, and is 10% of what it was 30 years ago. I need to learn & invest as much as I can in real estate to secure my retirement, so I am heading in this direction now.

This is a new job for me. I have just become a loan originator here, and need to build a stable of hard money lenders. I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money. It is a resource I have been using with a greater and greater number of my buyers and clients. So here it is:
