Hi Robert & Laura,

I have a investor partner that likes many of the properties I am currentl working on he is forming a partnership with me and investing $15,000,000.00 into deals that I fin attractive.

Currently I have my hands on about $4,000,000.00 in properties with 60% or less LTV based on current market conditions. I would like to see what you have available in or near the 91403 Zip code. 

I need to do my due diligence on the properties to make sure they have a 60% or less LTV based on todays market. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Beware of Lauren and Kevin Geiger

 

I see that Kevin and Lauren Geiger are one of your friends on this site (capitalst and lpittas).

I just wanted to mention to be careful of Lauren and her husband Kevin. 

Most of us in the Chicago land area are learning of them.

They have backdoored people…stiffed them on fees….and are now in the process of filing bankruptcy to try to get out of paying people what they are owed. 

If you are speaking to them, ask them for their lawyers name and number to confirm.  If they don’t give it to you......write back...I will give it to you.

 

For what they will tell you on what their real estate knowledge is....they do not know that  this industry is small….and people learn of them fast.  The so called 10 yrs experience was running an unsuccessful mortgage company.

I would not recommend doing business with them and would pass this on to the next person.
