Hey Bob! I was reading what you do and it interested me for a few different reasons. First, my primary niche is short sales, except I am the one buying, I own the mitigation company so you dint have to call the bank, and our brand is very well followed (Mr. 3 Days) by investors everywhere so we can collaborate finding the second buyer.
Also, I saw you work for Keller Williams... My top student is an agent for Keller Williams, and is over 50K a month right now working with us.
And finally, I'm sure you know Nathan (being with KW and all) well he is a friend of ours here in Tampa, and the way we are making these things move is a little different since we are not agents... basically you get the commissions, even if it is double.
Anyway buddy, sorry for the long message, but you only get on chance to make a first impression!
