This is a really cool forum and I greatly appreciate Colan, Matt, and all the people that came together to make it such a success. 

I've been investing in real estate since 1999, primarily as a buy and hold investor. Something about building long term wealth resinates with me. I guess it dates back from the first time I played Monopoly and had a field day buying all those houses. Flash forward a few years (OK, quite a few) and I still believe to this day that real estate continues to be the best wealth building vehicle on the road.  

I look forward to the opportunity of meeting and being of service to each of you. It is my belief that we all benefit when we are free to  exchange our thoughts and ideas in a way that fosters the growth of us all.
