Where do I begin?!? I have been in a tornado of Real Estate Ventures that have led me to this point. I began getting involved with Real Estate over a year ago when I helped someone get out of a foreclosure situation.

I followed some instincts and eventually ended up being a short sale negotiator and loan midification specialist for a local REI group.

I realized that I can do much more on my own and started my own consultant company, CID SOLUTIONS INC. I basically help investors by marketing their properties and finding buyers. I also work with a hard money source, so I help find capital. I still do loan mods but that party bus is packed.

Currently I am being tutored by Sam Bell and Collin Egbert (founders of RealEstateInvestor.com) on Internet Marketing. My company has recently added 2 clients for our services. = ) If your a Chicago investor and you have properties you want to sell, hit me up!! I market them online VERY effectively.

My strengths are in marketing and having creative ideas. I can negotiate a short sale till im blue in the face and I thnk banks are crooks.

I love bob marley, hard house music, and kanye west. I used to rap in college and in h.s. I had my own party business. My girlfreind rocks and I want a jaguar xf.
