Yesterday I submitted my first SS package to the lender. I was very meticulous in making sure all the paperwork was correct and in order. The property was listed with an agent for $55k. It assessed for $73k last year, we are not in a declining market here in Texas. The house has some large cracks in the bricks on both sides of the house.
