Incredible deal on a 6 unit apartment building on Chicago's South Side. Tons of rehab in the works on this block. Block ends at beautiful Hamilton Park. Make your money NOW while prices are ridiculously low! Work estimates range between $125-$150k. Similar 6 unit at the end of the block just went under contract for at $170k and had ALL 2 BEDROOM units and needed rehab to the studs. Buy this one, put in half the work, and get double the cashflow. No Brainer! Call us now before this one goes. Owner is an IL Licensed RE Broker. Co-op commisson offered at 3.5%!!!!

Hi Rich,
I do not have anything at this time in the south suburbs. All I have right now are two 2 flats on the southside of Chicago, which are 45K & 39K. Pretty good deals, considering they had 248K & 213K loans on them at one time.
