About Me
I am an active investor and help run a rent-to-own and credit repair company.  Our business works in the Chicagoland area  (west chicago and western suburbs focus on the rent-to-own side). I  own a few single-family homes and I am looking to break into the multi-family dwelling market soon.
My Business

Below is how we network with and help landlords/sellers in our business:

We get paid through our buyers so there is no costs/fees to the landlord/investor.  With a rent-to-own tenant/buyer in your property, you would have premium rental income coming in monthly, a tenant that handles maintenance issues, has a vested interest in maintaining your home, full market value for your property if you sell, and if the tenant decides to buy, you do not have to pay any Realtor commissions.  

We have buyers that are ready to rent now and are pre-qualified through our financing partner.  Our lending partner and credit repair company assist the tenant/buyers in building their credit in order to qualify for a loan and finalize the purchase (time frame of 6 – 24 months).

We can help your business by finding you rent-to-own buyers for no cost.  We also will give you cash for for any rent-to-own and credit repair referrals you send our way and we turn into clients.

On top of that we like to network with other investors since we do come across motivated sellers you could work with.
