Hi. Im Adura Sanya. Im a 21 yr old semi rookie investor from NJ. I am enrolled at Temple University in Philadelphia, which is one of the reason i primarily invest in Philly. Lets see, i purchased my first property in May 07 when i was 20 and am looking to grow.
Honestly im a lazy/hardworking guy. I absolutely DESPISE working for the "man" but i understand it Must be done in the meantime to fund REI. The thought of somebody else capitalizing offa my hard work is disguusting!! lol
My business model as of right now is wholesaling. Im just looking to meet and network with knowledgable folks that can provide solid content about REI. Im all about goals and making moves.
