Hey, my name is Trevor and I'm the founder of The REI Brain and a real estate investor since the age of 21. Right now, my focus in real estate investing is multi-family income properties and I have plans on moving more into the commercial real estate investment world in 2008 and beyond. All in all... My Business
I'm a part time real estate investor who focuses on multi-family income properties here in the Pacific Northwest and have been building up my portfolio over the last 5 years... and now am venturing into the Commercial Real Estate realm also.

While I love real estate investing... I believe in the thought that you can apply successful and solid business principles in any biz and have it be successful... so right now my main business is an internet entrepreneur and consultant... with a passion for real estate.
