Hello I'm Paul and my business partner/wife is Tammy.
My wife and I are busy training to learn how to make our business effective. We've owned a Home Health Personal Care business for 4 years now. We love what we do however it requires a lot of our attention and is very competetive and doesn't pay as it should.
We are friendly and serious about networking to help others grow their real estate business therefore we will grow our real estate business and together we can prosper.
I retired from the City Bus Driving work force over 10 years ago due to a bad car accident that hurt my back severely and could no longer continue driving.
Tammy was forced to leave the Medical Hospital Industry and we both decided that we've had enough of being told what to do while getting under paid and having no control of our time and finances!
We started our Home Health Personal Care business 4 years ago. It's getting risky and competitive.
We love having control of our time, we started real estate investing because we needed more profits and a life long career and have better control of our finances.
My Business
Hello my wife and I are real estate investors in the Raleigh, Durham, RTP, Cary, Chapel Hill NC area. We have a unique program to make affordable housing available to those that's on a low budget.
We also find it to be very attractive for investors with no credit or cash, of course they would need either hard money or private money.
We are setting our business on automation to network in all 50 states.
We are also in the process to get certified to buy notes.
