I am a Real Estate Investor and private money lender.  I just moved back to Texas after living in South Carolina (well, Charlotte NC......on the border.....never mind, I am confusing myself).

I live right outside of Fort Worth, married with two boys.

The money is for an investor that has a property under contract, needs the funds to close it and has a back end buyer lined up (same day close transaction).
