baseball, basketball, football (well lets just say, Sports), hanging with my family and friends (especially my neices), rough housing with my pup, hiking, traveling (someday. I haven't really done much so far, but very soon) and so much more...
About Me
So you want to know a little about me, huh? My name is Mike Landis. I am 35, live in the Phila. suburbs and I am a Real Estate Investor (bet you didn't see that one coming). I know what your thinking, "this guys good, he must have done this before". Honestly, I'm here to connect with like-minded people who want to work together and build an enormous network of investors to help each other grow. "Help me, to help you", you may have heard that somewhere before. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit when we all work together.
My Business
I rehab and wholesale properties. I am currently focusing more of my time on wholesaling now that I have a team set up for rehabbing. I had to stop doing all that hard labor, my hands were getting calluses and my girl wants my silky smooth soft hands back. Well, maybe it was because you only have to hit your thumb so many times with a hammer before you realize, "I'm not that great at this". So, I decided to set up a team to do my rehabs for me. I am expanding however, and looking for partners with money who have less experience, time or motivation to do rehabs. They put up the cash and I'll do everything else (including putting some green in your pocket).
